Internship program is one of the requirements that must be done by student to complete their education at state of Polytechnic of Jember. It is a program that provides an opportunity for student to add knowledge an dexperience about the work place by practicing directly the material that had been obtained at the college. In addition, this program is also one way to train the ability of student and introducing about job market and stakeholder’s need to them. The refore, this program aims to prepare student to face the real work after graduating from the college. I choose Java Tour and Travel Jember to conduct my internship program in this company, I can apply some materials on the college such as English for Tour and Travel, English for Hotel and Restaurant, Translation, Writing, Public speaking, and Public Relation. It is located in Jl. Kalimantan No. 76 Sumbersari Jember. Java Tour and Travel Jember is an office enganged in tour and travel services. This Internship report contains about my activities at Java Tour and Travel. Java Tour and Travel has three divisons, they are marketing, administration, and tour leader. As one of the internship program students, I have to do all activities in the company to get me knowledge and experience, I often do the acticities at marketing because more intersted than administration and tour leader division, at marketing I did actvities such as arranging proposal, promoting product, making MoU, and doing presentation at schools and agencies. In addition, I also did the activities at tour leader such as arranging an itinerary, ordering food and drinks, and facilities. However, I also do activities at administration division such as receiving telephone, making an office agenda,

manage data. The refore, this report contains about my activity during doing my internship program in Java Tour and Travel Jember, especially in the Marketing Division. Some activity of Marketing Division I did, that were: arranging proposal, promoting product, making MoU, and doing presentation..
