Machine Learning for Decision Makers ; Cognitive Computing Fundamentals for Better Decision Making


Pembelajaran mesin, data besar, AI, kognitif, dan komputasi awan sudah menjadi besar
berdampak di beberapa bidang sosial dan semakin banyak diterapkan untuk menyelesaikan masalah
di hampir semua bidang mulai dari teknologi, perilaku konsumen, layanan kesehatan, pasar keuangan,
perdagangan, transportasi dan bahkan dalam menyediakan fasilitas sipil ke kota dan kota.
  Saya telah menyadari bahwa hampir semuanya
mengenali potensi pembelajaran mesin dan teknologi yang terkait. Kebanyakan
mereka juga sadar bahwa teknologi ini digunakan untuk memecahkan sebagian dari yang paling
masalah menarik di dunia saat ini termasuk beberapa di dalam organisasi yang mereka
bekerja untuk. Namun, sangat mengejutkan betapa sedikit dari mereka yang benar-benar memahami fundamental
konsep di balik teknologi ini. Mengetahui lebih banyak tentang konsep-konsep penting ini akan
memungkinkan mereka untuk menerapkan teknologi ini dengan lebih baik dan dengan demikian secara drastis meningkatkan pengambilan keputusan
dalam organisasi mereka.

Machine learning, big data, AI , cognitive and cloud computing is already making a large
impact across several social spheres and is increasingly being applied to solve problems
in almost all spheres from technology, consumer ehavior, healthcare, financial markets,
commerce, transportation and even in providing civic amenities to town and cities.
I have come to realize that almost all of them
recognize the potential of machine learning and its associated technologies. Many of
them are also aware that these technologies are being used to solve some of the most
exciting problems in today's world including some within the organizations that they
work for. However, it is striking how few of them actually understand the fundamental
concepts behind these technologies. Knowing more about these important concepts will
enable them to apply these technologies better and thereby drastically improve decisionmaking
in their organizations.
