F31150331, Year 2018, 39 pages Language, Communication, and Tourism Department, Politeknik Negeri Jember, Asep Samsudin S.Pd., M.Li (Supervisor) and Firman Pradit Dwi Cahyo (External Supervisor).
Internship Program is one of requirements to get diploma degree and graduate from Politeknik Negeri Jember. In conducting this program, it is hoped the student can apply the knowledges that have been gotten from college, especially English for Hotel and Restaurant. For this program, I chose Royal Hotel N’ Lounge Jember as place to conduct this Internship Program. The internship program had been conducted for three months in Royal Hotel N’ Lounge Jember. It was started from 1st March 2018 up to 31st May 2018. In conducting this program, I was given opportunity to learn many things in Royal Hotel N’ Lounge Jember in Food and Beverage (F&B) Service Departments as a waitress. This department has a restaurant named Ruby’s Resto. The activities during Internship Program were taking order, preparing buffet for breakfast, helping the banquet staff for setting event, and arranging the menu set. Having finished this program, I got so many new knowledges and experiences about hospitality besides I applied my English skill, especially
English for Hotel and Restaurant. I hope that my Internship Program can give
some benefits for Royal Hotel N’ Lounge Jember.
