Abstract
Suplly is an idle resource waiting the next process. The controlling of suplly is also important in RPK program because the controlling of supply makes the ware house of RPK can’t be insufficiency or surplus. Insufficiency of supply make fluctuation in market, such as the prices can be extraordinary high in consumer level. Beside that, it cost BULOG, make lost consumer who want to buy in RPK outlet. Surplus of supply make the quality of product are low. If the quality of selling product are low, of course the consumers don’t want to buy again at RPK outlet.Based on the above problem, it is nesessary to make the controlling of suplly that can support the operational activity at RPK BULOG’s warehouse. In this case, it will be applied the controlling of supply sistem using EOQ and ROP method. Based on the above explanation, the result of EOQ calculation, the economic order is 4.580 Kg for flour comodity. Sugar comodity for economic order is 27.379 Kg, and for cooking oil coodity economic order is 9.968 liter. The supply has showed 655 Kg flour, and it done for reordering also for sugar comodity if supply has showed 20.334 Kg and cooking oil 3.028 liter. In medium rice comodity if supply has showed 4.383 Kg and premium rice 7.761 Kg, reordering is done at that time.
