ABSTRACT
This research Growth Response Of Arabican Coffee (Coffea Arabica L.) Variety Of S795 On The Applying Arbuscular Mycorrhizae Fungi (Amf) aims to determine appropriate dosage and the timing of application to improve the growth of coffee seeds. The research design which is used is Completely Randomized Designs (RAL) consists of 2 treatment factors. The first factor is applying the Arbuscular Mycorrhizae Fungi (AMF) consists of 5 g/poly bag (M1), 10 g/poly bag (M2), 15 g/poly bag (M3), 20 g/poly bag (M4). The second factor is the timing of application which consists of 15 days before transplanting (H1), 10 days before transplanting (H2), 5 days before transplanting (H3) with 3 replications. Observation includes in the changes of seed height, seed diameter, the number of leaves, wet weight, root dry weight and root volume. As a result, data observation examined using F test (ANOVA) and if the results show significance or different significance, then a further research will be done using BNT at the level of 5%. The result of this research shows that the best treatment of Arbuscular Mycorrhizae Fungi (AMF) is 5 g / seed (M1). The best treatment for the application of Arbuscular Mycorrhizae Fungi (AMF) is 15 days before transplanting (H1). The best combination of treatment administration and application time of Arbuscular Mycorrhizae Fungi (AMF) is 5 g / seedling + 15 days before transplanting (M1H1).
