ABSTRACT
Improvingenergyefficiencyinindustryisone of themostimportantwaystoreducethethreat of increasing global warming. Research showsthatthe normal yield of an industrial energysaving program isabout 40-50%. Energy audit canalsobeused as a reference for energysavingopportunityanalysis. Percentage of electricenergyconsumptionannuallyin PT. PamoliteAdhesive Industry in 2015, 2016, qand 2017 tendstobestableandobtainedresultsrespectively 96,6%; 96,3%; and 96,6%. The researchmethodusedinthisresearchisobservation of literaturestudyandenergyconservation. The value of Energy ConsumptionIntensity (IKE) in 2015, 2016, and 2017 is 479,36 kWH/m2/year; 453,29 kWH/m2/year; 446,44 kWH/m2/yearrespectively (not excessive). Recommendationrecommended for replacement of 18 watt TL lampsto a 16 watt LED Tube lampwiththeassumptionthatitdoes not reduceilluminationandfixedflameclocks. Costsavings of Rp. 3.566.765 per yearor Rp. 297.230 per month. Withinvestmentvalue Rp. 6.594.000obtainedPaybackPeriod (PBP) thatis for 1.8years. Energy Consumption Intensity standards air conditioned buildings for very wasteful categories (offices, formalin 2F, boiler operators, transformers and rest houses), for wasteful categories (building formaldehyde 1F). For the efficient category (building speare part), for very efficient categories (workshop buildings, halls, and mess). Energy consumption at load air conditioner wasn’t recommended for saving but can be saved by using energy-efficient air conditioner with inverter technology.
