SUMMARY Daily Activities at Administration Division of Java Tour and Travel Jember, Siti Umi Anisah, Nim. F31140646, Year 2017, 48 pages, Language, Communication, and Tourism Department, Politeknik Negeri Jember, Cholimatus Zuhro, S.Pd., M.Li (Supervisor) and Andika Ridarta (Field Supervisor). Internship Program is one of the requirements that must be done by students to complete their education at Politeknik Negeri Jember. It is a program that provides an opportunity for students to add knowledge and experience about the work place by practicing directly the materials that had been obtained at the college. In addition, this program is also one way to train the ability of students and introducing about job market and stakeholder's need to them. Therefore, this program aims to prepare students to face the real work after graduating from the college. I choose Java Tour and Travel Jember to conduct my Internship Program. In this company, I can apply some materials on the college such as English for Tour and Travel, English for Hotels and Restaurants, Translation, Writing, Public Speaking, and Public Relation. It is located at Kalimantan street, No.76 Sumbersari Jember. PT. Java Entertainment Tour or Java Tour and Travel Jember has three divisions, that are marketing, tour leader, and administration division. As one of internship students, I have to do all activities in the company to get more knowledge and experience. I did the activities of marketing such as arranging proposal, promoting product, and doing presentation at schools or agencies. In addition, I also did the activities of tour leader such as arranging an itinerary, ordering foods, drinks, and facilities, accompanying and giving services to the tour group. However, I often do the activities of administration division because I more interested in the activities of administration division than the activities of marketing and tour leader. Therefore, this report contains about my activities during doing my Internship Program in Java Tour and Travel Jember, especially in the Administration Division. Some activities of Administration Division that I did, that were: Receiving Telephone, Making an Office Agenda, and Managing Data.
