IMPROVED OPERATING FARMS DAIRY CATTLE FEED FORMULATIONS WITH REPAIR AND REPRODUCTION ANIMALS IN LIVESTOCK GROUPS MAKMUR SEJAHTERA DISTRICT AJUNG JEMBER Huda Ahmad Hudori Program Studi Agribisnis Program Pascasarjana ABSTRACT Internship Empowerment (MKP) was conducted in a group of dairy cows Makmur Sejahtera the districts in Ajung Jember for 3 months started from November 2016 to February 2017. The purposed of the MKP was to improved students' ability to analyze issued and provided solutions completion. The Dairy cow population was currently total of 52 rat with the average milk production of 443 liters /day. The productivity of dairy cows affected by two main factors: the environment and the maintenance management, of the two factors that most influence was the maintenance management of dairy cows. Feature reproduction of dairy cows is still low which result in low production of cow's milk. The reproduction of dairy cows included detection of lust, the marriage, the pregnancy examinations, be handling birth and distance delivery. As for feed management in dairy cattle feed given forage of the agricultural and the industrial waste in the form of skin edamame soybeans, the corn plants, pulp and tapioca (cassava pulp). Feeding the cattle should be adapted to the nutritional needs of the cattle, the feed ingredients were there to be made according to the feed formulation nutrients needed so the cattle can produce optimally.
