ABSTRACT
The aim of this research is to know the application of the addition of cow manure and local microorganism (MOL) to the production and quality of (Cucumber sativus L) cucumber seed. The experimental design used in this research is Factorial Random Design (RAK) Factorial with 2 (two) factors and 3 (three ) Level. Factor I Cow Manure (S) consists of three treatments: S1 = 3 kg / barrack, no basic chemical fertilizer, S2 = 6 kg / barrack, no basic chemical fertilizer and S3 = 9 kg / barrack, no chemical base fertilizer. Factor II Local Microorganism (MOL) (M) is: M1 = 30 ml / liter of water, M2 60 ml / liter of water, and M3 90 ml / liter of water, so obtained 9 treatment combination. The parameters observed were plant height (cm), hemeter of stem (mm), number of leaves (strands), number of flowers 80% (days), number of fruit per sample, fruit diameter (mm) fruit length (mm), total seed Per fruit and seed percentage, weight 1000 seeds (gr), yield potential per (kg / ha), yield yield per (kg / ha), sprout (DB), growth rate (KCT), syncability (KST) . The result showed that cow manure gave significant effect to plant height (cm), hemeter of stem (mm), fruit length (cm), total seed each fruit and percent of seed, 1000 seed weight, Yield each (kg / ha), yield potential each (gk / ha). Local Microorganism (MOL) gives a real effect on the power of sprouts (DB), Grow speed (KST) and Grow Synchronization (KST).While the interaction between the two treaments has no significant effect.
