ABSTRACT On management and sale of goods in Students Cooperative BerdikariPoliteknikNegeriJember (KOPMA BERDIKARI POLIJE)minimarket was used manual way by wrote sales report and financial report only in mini book, so it takes longer time, foresight and accuracy to check andcalculate the results of business for a year, participation of members, calculate the data members and takes a long time to calculate the remaining results of business (SHU) obtained by cooperatives and SHU obtained by each member. Based on that reason above, Student Cooperative BerdikariPoliteknikNegeriJemberneed Management Information based on Computer Sytem.This research was conducted on May to August 2017in Student Cooperative Berdikari POLIJE. Rapid Development Application(RAD) as the method of this research. By Management Information System, should made employee easy to reconcile the financial data of existing transactions in minimarket, and employee will be facilitated in calculating SHU processand SHU obtained by eachmembers with an efficient and effectivetime. Key Word: Management Information System, Students Cooperative, Member deposit, Profit and Loss Calculationand Remaining Results of Business (SHU).
