ABSTRACT
All aspects of life have been widely used in the form of computerization. Benefits of the computer is to manage, access, and disseminate information. One of them is for people who want to stay for a longer time in other areas especially Jember city. Although there are many available rentals in the area of Jember from urban to rural but migrants are still difficult to find because of the lack of location information, room facilities and room availability due to the way of promotion of rental owners who are still conventional. Promotion is done still using pamphlets, brochures or posts receive boarding and receive contract in front of the house that makes the area of promotion only limited where the brochure or pamphlet is affixed.
Therefore, the system is developed to facilitate the prospective tenants to get information on boarding house and rented house Jember area of information location, price, room availability, and some other data
