 The concept of mixing camphor or naphthalene with fuel (pertamax), this mixing is believed to increase octane numbers in gasoline. Many users of motor vehicles that mix it on their favorite petrol fuel with the aim to get high octane numbers.  The aim of this research is to know the effect of Mine Combination with Fuel (Pertamax) on Gas Emission in Gasoline Gas 4 Steps and To obtain percentage of combustion efficiency that can be achieved from mixing 1 gram, 2 gram, and 3 gram camphor with pertamax.  The results showed that higher concentration of camphor as a mixture of pertamax then the effect on the exhaust gas HC gas is increasing, the CO gas is decreasing, and the CO2 gas is decreasing and the burning efficiency decreases with the addition of the camphor level as the first mixture.
