ABSTRACT
This study was conducted to understand the interaction between the frequency of
spraying and the concentration of Gibberellins (GA3) to increase optimal growth.
This study was conducted on10 September 2017 until December 8, 2017 held at
the Polytechnic of Jember Land. Research using Random Design (RBD) with two
factorsThe first factor is the frequency of spraying (F) is performed F1 =
frequency of 7 days, F2 = frequency conducted 14 days, and F3 = frequency
conducted 21 days. Factor two is the concentration of GA3 (K) ie K1 = 25 ppm
gibberellin hormones, hormone gibberellin K2 = 50 ppm, and K3 = hormone
gibberellins 75 ppm. Results significant variance, in a further test withDuncan's
Multiple Range Test (DMRT). Based on the analysisthat the spraying frequency of
treatment and the concentration of gibberellin (GA3) show at the age of 103 HST
significantly different on plant height, leaf number, and the number of tillers,
treatment interaction significantly affected stem diameter. While the wet weight
berangkasan show no real effect of all treatments tested against chip sugarcane
bud seedling growth.
