Liquid Organic Fertilizer and Anorganic Fertilizer for Rice Plant Oryza sativa L Seed Production and Quality Irvan Jama’ah Efendi Study Program of Seed Production Technique Majoring of Agricultural Production Program Studi Teknik Produksi Benih Jurusan Produksi Pertanian ABSTRACT Paddy production has decreased inversely proportional with increasing population each years in Indonesia. The one of the ways to increasing the paddy production is by adding organic materials, such as Azolla sp for decrease anorganic fertilizer uses. The research held on August until December 2016 at State Politehnic of Jember field. The research was conducted by Randomized Block Design (RBD) with 2 factors and 3 replications. The first factor was dose of Azolla liquid organic fertilizer that consisted of 15ml/l, 30ml/l and 45ml/l. The second factor was dose of Anorganic fertilizer that 100%, 75%, and 50% of recommendation (300 kg/Ha Urea, 75 kg/Ha SP-36 and 50 kg/Ha).The result showed that the dose of Azolla liquid organic fertilizer treatment has very significant effect on all of paddy vegetative phase .Dose of Azolla liquid organic fertilizer 45ml/l showed the best result. Dose of Anorganic fertilizer treatment has very significant effect on productive tillers and production per hectare of paddy genetative phase, also significant effect on the panicle length of paddy. Dose of Anorganic fertilizer 50% of recommendation has showed the best result of production was 16,38 ton/Ha .
