<note>ABSTRACT
The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of leadership, communication, work environment on employee performance at PTPN XII Limited Kayumas Situbondo. Digunakaan method in this research survey method. The population in this study as many as 58 employees of permanent employee sample using census or sampling technique saturated by 58 respondents. The data used are primary and secondary data. Technical analysis of the data used is Multiple Linear Regression Analysis using SPSS 21.0 for Windows. The results of the research conducted F test testing that the leadership variable (X1) communication (X2) work environment (X3) simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance (Y). Testing of regression test t of Leadership Variable (X1) has a significant effect on employee performance (Y) and communication variable (X2) has significant effect on employee performance (Y), work environment variable (X3) has significant effect on employee performance (Y) The most dominant effect on employee work performance (Y) work environment (X3).
