PENGARUH KESELAMATAN DAN KESEHATAN KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN PRODUKSI SUSU SAPI PERAH DI CV. MARGO UTOMO KECAMATAN KALIBARU KABUPATEN BANYUWANGI


ABSTRACT

The research take in Dairy Cow Milk CV. Margo Utomo Kalibaru District of Banyuwangi. The purpose of the research are: (1) The effect of occupational safety and health to performance dairy cow milk production employees in CV. Margo Utomo Kalibaru District of Banyuwangi simultaneously and partially, (2) The most dominant variable which effect the performance of employees at CV. Margo Utomo Kalibaru District of Banyuwangi. Data collection methods that used in the research was the observation, questionnaires, interviews and literature studies. The amount of respondents that used is 100 respondents. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression, analysis of determination, F test danuji t. From the test results with SPSS 21.0 for windows can be concluded that (1) Simultaneously, safety (X1) and health (X2) have significant influence to performance employees (Y). (2) Partially, safety (X1) has significant influence to performance employees, while health (X2) has not significant effect to performance employees. (3) The most dominant variable to influence performance employees (Y) is safety (X1).
