SUMMARY Being Committee in The Events at Kampung Wista Belajar Tanoker, Istiqomah, NIM F31140529, 2017, 22 pages, Language, Communication and Tourism Department, Politeknik Negeri Jember. Politeknik Negeri Jember is one of college that located in Jember, East Java. In teaching learning of Polineknik Negeri Jember give 70% practice and 30% theory. In order to improve the students skill, this college conducted internship program. In this program the students get a chance to learn anything in real work place. So that Politeknik Negeri Jember has some relation related to internship program. Tanoker is Kampung Wisata Belajar in Jember that become one of relation of Politeknik Negeri Jember. This institution appropriate for student of Language, Communication and Tourism Departement. In this institution I learnt how to communicate with other, how to serve food and baverage for guests, I know how to be committee in big events. In Tanoker, I focus in being committee in events. In this activity I got some experiences. First, I knew how to be secretary of event. While I being secretary of event, I prepared invitation card and information letter for guests whom will be invited. In this activity I also learn how to communicate with staff of Tanoker. Because in making guests list I asked each division in Tanoker. Second, I knew how to be usherette in event. In this activity I got experience in communicating with other people. Third, I knew how to be consumption committee. In this activity I knew how to serve food and baverage for other committee and participant of event. Additionaly, I also got some problems in doing this internship program. First, I got nervous in interacting with Tanoker staff. Second, I got nervous while guiding guests. Last, I got confuse when the first time I was being committe of each event in Tanoker. However, from those problems I got much knowlege and experiences related to how to face the real work place.
