Tourism is an activity that can make a people feel fresh by doing travelling in everywhere they want. Commonly, the people do tourism activities by visiting some tourism objects in several places such as in Indonesia and other countries. Indonesia is the largest archipelago that consist of many provi ncies which is each provincy has beautiful tourism objects that unexplore yet like East Java. East Java is a provincy that has a good potential tourism objects such as beautiful places, different cultures, and others. Jember is one of cities in East Java that has so many tourism objects especially beaches. Jember known has many beaches that very beautiful and interesting to attract the tourist to visit this city. One of beaches that very beautiful is Payangan beach. This beach make the writer interest to promote this beach. The writer decided to choose Payangan beach, because this beach has natural sceneries such as hills, Love bay, Arrow bay, Puncak Seribu Janji, and Japan cave. Each scenery in Payangan has its own story, so that make people interest to visit there. This beach has been promoted by Jember Tourism and Culture department, but not all sceneries in Payangan put in promotional media that Jember Tourism and Culture department had. So that only a few information that put in promotional media about Payangan beach. The writer decided to make a promotional video of Payangan beach as her final project. This video shows all sceneries in Payangan beach with explanation in each scenery. Hoppefully, this video can be an additional promotional media for Jember Tourism to promote this beach that consist of complete information about Payangan beach. This video divided into three part they are opening, content, and closing. In the opening, the writer described about Jember, JFC, and Payangan in general. In the content, the writer described about spots (arrow bay,

Puncak Seribu Janji, love bay, and Japan cave), facilities, and activities there. In the closing, the writer persuade the viewer to visit this beach. In doing this final project, the writer has been done the data collecting method they were interview, observation, documentation, and audiovisual material. In interview, the writer interviewed head of promotional staff of Jember Tourism and Culture department and interviewed the people in Payangan. in observation, the writer observed spots, facilities, and activities at Payangan beach. Then, in documentation the writer got information about Payangan beach from magazine, booklet, and cd that Jember Tourism and Culture Department had. While, in audiovisual material the writer took some scenes in Payangan beach. Besides, in doing this final project the writer also making a promotional video with used some steps those are setting the scene and theme, developing the theme (making script and storyboard), shooting, and editing. In doing this final project, the writer got difficulties such as in making the script, shooting process. In making script, the writer difficult when translate the script into Indonesian language, also the writer had mistakes in grammar when wrote the script. In shooting process, the writer also got difficulties like when the writer act in some scenes is not easy, because in video the writer as the model. The cameramen direct the model until the model got a good act. It needs patience, hard work to get a good result of video. But, the difficulties that the writer got, it consulted to her supervisors. Then, her supervisors gave feedback and revise the writer’s product. After that, the writer revise her product until got a good result. Hopefully, the product of this final project can be usefull and beneficial for all people.
