The Effect of Coconut Water, Egg yolks and Skim Milk as Cement Diluent Against the Quality of Kampung Chicken Cement (Gallus Domesticus). Chickens used amounted to one chicken 1.5 years old with a weight of 2 kg. This research is a laboratory experimental research using a complete randomized design of one way anova consisting of 3 treatments with 5 replications. Semen collections are diluted using various diluents (P1 = 70% cement + Coconut Water 30%, P2 = 70% cement + Egg yolks 30%, P3 = 70% cemen + skim milk 30%), then tested macroscopically covering: Cement Volume, Consistency of Cement, Color Cement, and cement pH. Microscopic tests include: Motility of Cement and Life Power of Cement. The results showed that coconut cement diluent produced the highest spermatozoa chicken motility (88.03%), while skim milk cement diluent yielded the lowest motility (86.15%). For the life spermatozoa coconut water has the highest value (88.65%), while for the yolk has the lowest value (86.13%). From the results of this study it can be concluded that coconut water diluent is better than egg yolk and skim milk in terms of motility and vitality of chicken spermatozoa. Muhammad Jamaludin Program Studi Manajemen Bisnis Unggas Jurusan Peternakan ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi pengaruh air kelapa, kuning telur, dan susu skim terhadap kualitas semen ayam kampung. Ayam kampung yang digunakan berjumlah satu ekor ayam berumur 1,5 tahun dengan bobot 2 kg. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian eksperimental laboratorium dengan menggunakan rancangan acak lengkap pola searah (one way anova) yang terdiri dari 3 perlakuan dengan 5 kali ulangan. Semen hasil koleksi diencerkan menggunakan berbagai pengencer yaitu (P1 = 70% semen + Air Kelapa 30%, P2 = 70% Semen + Kuning Telur 30%, P3 = 70% Semen + susu skim 30%), lalu diuji secara makroskopis yang meliputi:Volume Semen, Konsistensi Semen, Warna Semen, dan pH Semen. Sedangkan uji mikroskopis meliputi: Motilitas Semen dan Daya Hidup Semen. Hasil peniltian menunjukan pengencer semen air kelapa menghasilkan motilitas spermatozoa ayam kampung tertinggi, yaitu sebesar (88,03%), sedangkan pengencer semen susu skim menghasilkan motilitas terendah yaitu (86,15% ). Untuk daya hidup spermatozoa air kelapa mempunyai nilai tertinggi yaitu (88,65%), sedangkan untuk kuning telur mempunyai nilai terendah yaitu (86,13%). Dari hasil penelitian ini maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa pengencer air kelapa lebih baik dari kuning telur dan susu skim ditinjau dari motilitas dan daya hidup spermatozoa ayam kampung.
