Dynamic System Modeling of Rice Production Pattern at

ABSTRACT



Determination of this study location was conducted deliberately in PB.Sukoreno Makmur Kalisat Sub-district Jember Regency. The research was conducted in November 2017 until February 2018. This research is a descriptive research that aims to explain the factors that affect the company's Rice system and the model of rice production system. The study was conducted using a method of analysis to structure a problem and decision making on an alternative by conducting expert interviews in accordance with the field, this research uses system analysis technique approach to identify factors affecting grain production system. The model built is a dynamic system model assisted by powersim software to simulate the continuous system. The results of this research are (a) the model of rice production system consists of several sub-systems, such as the amount of raw material of grain, rice production, cost, income and profit, population and market share, (b) based on the results of optimistic scenario and pessimistic scenario, there is a change in the addition rate of grain raw materials, i.e. in the application of optimistic scenario, the grain raw material has increased from the current condition (moderate condition), while in pessimistic scenario, the grain raw material decreased from moderate condition.
