One method to reduce the cogging torque on a BLDC electric motor is to remove the slot on the stator design. This research uses finite element method for BLDC motor design analysis process designed. The MotorSolve Infolityca software is a trial edition from May to August. The results showed that the slots on the stator were able to reduce cogging torque in the BLDC motor design from 0.228 Nm to 12 x 10-6 with the torque generated by the BLDC slot motor at 0.64 Nm while the BLDC slotless motor was 0.23 Nm and for efficient The result of BLDC motor design is given a BLDC slot of 89.69% and BLDC slotless motor of 83.76%.
