Anggi Arifandi Seed Production Technique Study Program Agriculture Production Departemen ABSTRACT One of way to increase the viability of tobacco seed (Nicotiana tabacum.L) is by Seeds Immersion. This research was conducted for 7 days on September 11th 2017 at Seed Production Technics laboratory at state Politeknik Negeri Jember. This study uses a Complete Randomized Design (RAL) with two factors and 3 repetitions. The first factor is the concentration of young coconut water (K) consist of (K1) concentration 0%, (K2) 50%concentration, (K3) 75% concentarion and (K4) 100% concentration. The second factor is the immersion time (L) consisting of 3 hours (L1), 6 hours (L2) and 9 hours (L3). The results showes that the K factor gives significant effect except in germination time. Factor L shows that there is a significant influence of all parameters. There is an interaction between the two treatments that gives significant effect on the simultaneity growth of parameter Keywords : Concentration, Immersion Time, Seed Vulnerability
