ABSTRACT

One of way to increase the viability of tobacco seed (Nicotiana tabacum.L) is by Seeds Immersion. This research was conducted for 7 days on September 11th  2017 at Seed Production Technics laboratory at state Politeknik Negeri Jember. This study uses a Complete Randomized Design (RAL) with two factors and 3 repetitions. The first factor is the concentration of young coconut water (K) consist of (K1) concentration 0%, (K2)  50%concentration, (K3)  75% concentarion and (K4) 100% concentration. The second factor is the immersion time (L) consisting of 3 hours (L1), 6 hours (L2) and 9 hours (L3). The results showes that the K factor gives significant effect except in germination time. Factor L shows that there is a significant influence of all parameters. There is an interaction between the two treatments that gives significant effect on the simultaneity growth of parameter
