SISTEM PENDUKUNG KEPUTUSAN PENERIMAAN PEGAWAI DI PTPN X KEBUN KERTOSARI JEMBER DENGAN METODE ANALYTICAL HIERARCHY PROCESS Pembimbing (2 orang) Ido Aris Saputra PROGRAM STUDI MANAJEMEN INFORMATIKA JURUSAN TEKNOLOGI INFORMASI ABSTRAK Penerimaan pegawai baru merupakan tahapan dimana suatu perusahaan melakukan proses perekrutan pegawai yang memenuhi kriteria dan kebutuhan unit kerja pada perusahaan tersebut. Kebutuhan penerimaan pegawai baru pada suatu perusahaan dapat dikarenakan oleh pengembangan unit usaha perusahaan, sehingga memerlukan penambahan jumlah pegawai untuk mengisi posisi-posisi baru di unit usaha tersebut. Pada PTPN X Kebun Kertosari Jember penerimaan pegawai menggunakan sistem online melalui web PTPN X Kebun Kertosari Jember sendiri. Jika ada penerimaan pegawai baru akan ada pengumuman melalui web tersebut. Akan tetapi pengambilan keputusan masih manual hanya di tentukan oleh keputusan jendral manajer PTPN X Kebun Kertosari Jember sendiri tidak ada sistem yang membantu dalam pengambilan keputusan. Sistem Pendukung Keputusan (SPK) Penerimaan Pegawai diharapkan dapat mempersingkat pelaksanaan sistem penerimaan pegawai tersebut dengan hasil yang dapat dipercaya dan dipertanggung jawabkan. The need for new employee recruitment in a company can be due to the development of the business unit of the company, thus requiring additional number of employees to fill new positions in the business unit. At PTPN X Kebun Kertosari Jember employee acceptance using online system through web PTPN X Kebun Kertosari Jember own. If there is a new employee receipt there will be an announcement through the web. However, the decision is still manual only determined by the decision of General Manager PTPN X Kebun Kertosari Jember itself there is no system that helps in decision making. Decision Support System (DSS) Employee Acceptance is expected to shorten the implementation of the employee recruitment system with reliable and accountable results.
