Muhammad Dudayev Caesar Putra Medical Record Study Programme Health programme ABSTRACT Jember regency is a district where diarrhea always goes into the top 15 in pain. In 2013 diarrhea is in fifth place with a total of 10,442 sufferers, in 2014 diarrhea is in third place with a total of 69,060 sufferers, in 2015-2016 diarrhea is in third place with a total of 54,747 people. The purpose of this study is to map and analyze the geographic spread of diarrheal diseases in Jember District by utilizing SIG. This type of research is descriptive research with data collection technique through observation report and secondary data collection. The results of this research are maps and geographical analysis of diarrheal disease spread in Jember Regency in 2014-2016. Where the district has the highest average of diarrheal disease in Sumbersari sub-district is 3,002 cases of diarrhea. Not all factors affect the high spread of diarrheal diseases in a sub-district. Factors affecting the high distribution of diarrheal diseases in Sumbersari sub-district are population density, rainfall, family toilet and clean water facilities.
