DECISION SUPPORT SYSTEM CONSTRUCTION OF SINGLE STUDY MONEY IN JEMBER STATE POLITECHNIC Dwi Putro Sarwo Setyohadi, S.Kom, M.Kom, M.T as schief counselor and Aji Seto Arifianto, S.ST., M.T as a member counselor Khairil Hasan Study Program of Informatics Management Majoring of Information Technology ABSTRACT A single tuition is a cost that must be borne by each student in a university based on the family's economic ability. For underprivileged students in terms of family economics, this is a burden because of the high cost of single tuition fees in universities. At the new Jember State Polytechnic, a single tuition class is applied in the 2017 academic year, before single tuition is generalized to each study program. It's just that the parameters used in Jember State Polytechnic are too many, 48 parameters, it is felt ineffective in decision making because it takes a long time to enter data from one student. Decision support system for the classification of single tuition at Jember State Polytechnic using Fuzzy C-Means logic can reduce errors in the decision making process, in this case the parameters used are only 8 parameters according to Muhammad Fahmi's journal, these parameters include most of the parameters used in Jember State Polytechnic namely father's work, father's income, mother's work, maternal income, land and building tax (PBB), electricity account, electricity and home status.
