Relationship between Nutritional Care Pattern and Family Support to Elderly Nutritional Status Based on MNA (Mini Nutritional Assasment) Method in JenggawahSubdistrict PutriFebiana Study Program Of Clinical Nutrition Majoring Of Health ABSTRACT Nutritional status is an expression, a picture of the intake of nutrients / nutrients that enter the body. The body can function well in the absence of nutrients or nutritional deficiencies ranging from the number of calories to micronutrient. JenggawahSubdistrict has 148 elderly people who actively follow the elderly posyandu. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between the pattern of nutritional care and family support to the nutritional status of the elderly based on the method of MNA (Mini Nutritional Assament). This study uses an analytical survey method with a cross sectional design with the subjects being 58 elderly people who followed the elderly posyandu and sorted using purposive sampling technique. Analysis of the research using the Somers test on the SPSS version 16.0 program with a 95% confidence level with p> 0.005 and r which shows the strength between relationships. This test can also be used as an indicator of the direction of the relationship of each variable. The distribution and frequency distribution of each variable is tested by univariate analysis. The results obtained showed that nutritional parenting was not directly related to nutritional status with a value of p = 0.613 while family support was related to the nutritional status of the elderly with a value of r = 0.314 or weak but certain strength.
