ABSTRAK
Pusat Penelitian Kopi dan Kakao Indonesia merupakan salah satu dari lembaga penelitian di Indonesia yang berada di bawah naungan Lembaga Riset Perkebunan Indonesia – Asosiasi Penelitian Perkebunan Indonesia (LRPI – APPI) yang mendapat mandat untuk melakukan penelitian aspek agribisnis untuk komoditas kopi dan kakao. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui strategi yang tepat untuk memasarkan produk kopi robusta.
Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu metode SWOT dan metode Quantitative Strategic Planing Matrix (QSPM) untuk menentukan strategi yang menjadi prioritas dari alternatif strategi.

ABSTRACT
Coffee Research Center and Cocoa Indonesia is one of the research institute in Indonesia which is under the auspices of Research Institute of Indonesia – Association Research of Indonesia Plantation which got mandate to do research aspect of agribusiness for commodity coffe and cocoa. This research aim to know the right strategy to market robusta coffe product.
The method of analysis used in this research is the SWOT method and Quantitative Strategic Planing Matrix (QSPM) method to determine the priority strategy of the alternative strategy.
