ABSTRACT Computer-Based School Examination Application (USBK) is a school Examination Application conducted by an education unit to measure student competency achievement as an acknowledgment of learning achievement from schools that students can do through internet media. The purpose of making this Computer Based School Examination Application (USBK) is to create an application that will help the teacher to monitor the results of the problem work done by students online. Making this application is done by collecting data using the prototype method. Communication, Quick Plan, Modeling Quick Design, Construction of Prototype, and Deployment Delivery & Feedback. Making an application program was developed with Notepad ++ with CodeIgniter. The database used is MySQL. The making of the Computer Based School Exam Application (USBK) has been completed with news features, teachers, classes, subjects, majors, examinations and problem training.
