ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh subtitusi dedak padi fermentasi terhadap persentase karkas broiler. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode percobaan dengan empat perlakuan, setiap perlakuan terdiri dari lima ulangan dan setiap ulangan terdiri dari sepuluh ekor broiler. Rancangan percobaan yang digunakan adalah Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL). Data dianalisis dengan analisis sidik ragam dan Apabila diperoleh hasil yang berbeda maka dilakukan uji beda lanjut menggunakan uji Beda Nyata Terkecil (BNT). Perlakuan terdiri dari P0 (tanpa subtitusi dedak padi fermentasi), P5 (5%), P10 (10%) dan P15 (15%). Perlakuan dimulai dari broiler umur 15 sampai 35 hari. Parameter yang diamati meliputi: konsumsi pakan, pertambahan bobot badan, konversi pakan, persentase lemak abdominal dan persentase karkas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa substitusi pakan komersial dengan dedak padi fermentasi tidak berbeda nyata (P>0,05) dan tidak memberikan pengaruh negatif terhadap performans broiler dalam hal ini yaitu persentase karkas.

The Effect Substitution Of Commercial Feed With Fermented Rice Bran On The Percentage Of Broiler Carcasses

ABSTRACT
The aim of this research to determine the effect of fermented rice bran substitution on the percentage of broiler carcasses. The research method used in this research was an experimental method with four treatments, each treatment consisted of five replications and each replication consisted of ten broilers. The experimental design used was a Completely Randomized Design. Data were analyzed by analysis of variance and if different results were obtained, further differences were tested using the Least Significant Difference (LSD) test. The treatment consisted of P0 (without substitution of fermented rice bran), P5 (5%), P10 (10%) and P15 (15%). Treatment starts from broilers aged 15 to 35 days. Parameters observed included: feed consumption, body weight gain, feed convertion, percentage of abdominal fat and percentage of carcass. The results showed that the substitution of commercial feed with fermented rice bran was not significantly different (P>0.05) and did not give a negative effect on broiler performance in this case about the percentage of carcass.
