This report of the final project entitled “Making a Promotional Video of Taman Botani Sukorambi Jember”. The aimed of this final project to help Taman Botani Sukorambi to promote that place as an artificial tourism destination. Taman Botani Sukorambi is one of the tourism object in Jember that located in Jl. Muhajir, Sukorambi, Kabupaten Jember. Taman Botani Sukorambi is not a park that we found commonly, but it is a park that offers a lot of facilities and spots that can be enjoy by visitors. In conducting this final project, the writer needed supporting data to complete this final project. First, the writer did interview to the staff of Taman Botani Sukorambi. Second, the writer did observation the facilities that available in Taman Botani Sukorambi. Third, the writer did documentation to complete the data, the writer got address of Taman Botani Sukorambi from its brochure. Fourth, the writer did audiovisual material to take the video a whole of Taman Botani Sukorambi. To conduct this final project, the writer was hire the model, professional cameramen and professional editor to make perfect promotional video. In this promotional video, the writer as a narrator. The promotional video consisted of three parts. There were opening, body and closing. The opening was described the meaning of the logo Taman Botani Sukorambi. The body was described the facilities, spots that available in Taman Botani Sukorambi and activities that could enjoy by visitors. For closing, the model persuaded the visitors to come in Taman Botani Sukorambi. In this scene, the professional editor also put contact information of Taman Botani Sukorambi. This promotional video was created in English version. Moreover, this video will be completed with animation, pictures and sounds then exported to MP4 format by using adobe premiemere and adobe photoshop software. The duration of this video will be 6 minutes. The writer adopted steps from Media College (2012) for the procedures of making promotional video. There were pre-production, production and post-production. In finishing this project, the writer found difficulties especially in making script and what content that should put in the video. In shooting process, the writer had to wait until the location no visitors so that it made the video was not crowded.
