(Internal Supervisor), Reza Waskita (External Supervisor). PoliteknikNegeriJember (POLIJE) is one of state polytechnic in Indonesia located in Jember City. POLIJE is vocational college which conducts an education program that leads the teaching and learning process on the level of expertise, skills and specific competency standards. Language, Communication and Tourism Department is one of the majors in POLIJE. This department has one study program which is an English Study Program. Students of this study program have to do internship program based on the subjects that received during lecturing and practice class. Internship program is conducted to get more professional graduates. As the student of English Study Program, the writer choseProsalina FM Radio for conducting her internship program. Prosalina FM Radio is one of broadcasting company in Jember. The writer decided to conduct her internship program there because she wanted to implement the knowledge she got especially in public speaking and writing. During the internship activities, the writer got opportunity to learn about how broadcasting company runs. The writer got to learn how to be a radio announcer, music director, journalist and also a news reader. There were various activities that the writer did during the internship program. Besides, the writer also found some problems during the internship program but fortunately the writer were able to handle the problems and as far as doing this activity the writer did not have a serious problem. Further, this internship program can give benefits for Prosalina FM Radio and also for the writer as well. It develops the writer’s ability in public speaking and writing and it gave the writer the experience in working in the broadcasting company.
