The highest delay time factor is the provision of medical record files at Situbondo Healthy Partner Hospital, namely in general poly, THT, and child poly. The purpose of this study is to determine the factors causing the length of time to provide outpatient medical record files based on physical and non-physical work environment factors. The results of the research obtained by the researcher related to the length of time the medical record was provided, namely the lack of lighting in the filing room with a size of 85 lux, the relatively hot air temperature reaching 290C, the narrow space that was 6x3 m so that the petgas had difficulty in retrieving and searching for files medical records. Responding to these matters, that is necessary to add additional space in accordance with existing standards, planning the provision of room temperature cooling (air condotioner) and adding lights to improve room lighting, especially at night.
