Politeknik Negeri Jember is one of education institutions that requires the student to conduct internship program before the students graduate from Politeknik Negeri Jember. The internship program is usually conduct in 3 months in some institution based on the students ability.Therefore, the writer as the students of Language Communication and Tourism and the writer choose Dinas Pemuda Olahraga Pariwisata dan Kebudayaan Proboliggo for conducting the internship program because appropriate with the writer knowledge and ability. During internship program, the writer handled event in the event of Hari Jadi Kabupaten Probolinggo (HARJAKAPRO) because the writer spent the time in Youth and Sporting division most. There were many activities that the writer did such as joining sport socialization, being committee in Lomba Olahraga Tradisional, and handling event of Liga Pelajar. The writer could learn many new things during conducting this internship program, especially handling some big events. Although there were some problems, the writer could pass it by learning from the staff of Dinas Pemuda Olahraga Pariwisata dan Kebudayaan Kabupaten Probolinggo.
