Internship Program is one of requirements for students to graduate from PoliteknikNegeriJember. These activities are preparing the students to face challenges in real workplace. Summer Holiday Tour, Travel and Entertainment is an alternative work place in Jember for students who want to conduct their Internship program. It has 2 branch offices,the first branch office is located at Letjen. SupraptoStreet 71 KebonsariJember and the second are located in BTN MinasaPermai Makassar. The writer choose that travel agent as the place to conduct hisInternship Program to apply his knowledge and skill that he got from his college especially for English for Hotel and Restaurant, English for Tour and Travel, Biro PerjalananWisata and Computer to do activities there. This activity had been conducted for three months. It started from 5th March 2018 up to 31th May 2018. During conducting the Internship Program, the writer did activities and learned in some divisions like tour division, and ticketing division. So, the writer chooses the activities of tour division for making this report. In tour division, the writer learned about how to make an itinerary, making a tour package, and prepare all the indispensable things for tour. Besides, the writer fined many obstacles when he tried to make an itinerary and determine a price. The writer confused and cannot determined the duration ofthe place that will visit. Also, the writer confused to determine the price of tour package. Then, the writer asked staff of tour division how to solve it, the staff taught the writer about how to make an itinerary especially in determine the duration between one tourism object to another tourism object. Also, the staff taught the writer about how to make an itinerary and determined the price of tour package. Finally, the conclusion of having finished the Internship Program is the writer got new experiences, knowledge and skill about world of tourism. In addition, the writer could apply his new skills to face the real workplace especially in travel agency.
