SUMMARY Tourism Destination Division Activities at Tourism and Culture District Agency of Lumajang, Rani Dian Tristanti, NIM F31150612, Year 2018, 41 pages, Language, Communication and Tourism Department, Politeknik Negeri Jember, Fitri Wijayanti, S.Pd., M.Pd (Internal Supervisor) and Nuraini, S. AP.(Field Supervisor). Lumajang Regency has many potentials in the terms of tourism, such as nature tourism object, historical or cultural tourism object and recreation tourism object. By its potentials, Tourism and Culture District Agency of Lumajang has the responsibility to develop it by improving facilities in the objects or promote the tourism object in order to attract the tourists to visit Lumajang. Tourism and Culture District Agency of Lumajang itself located in KWT (Kawasan Wonorejo Terpadu) Lumajang. I choosed Tourism and Culture District Agency of Lumajang for conducting my internship program. Internship program is conducted to get more professional graduates. I did my Internship Program in Destination divisions and did some activities such as Visiting and Monitoring the Travel Agency, Restaurant, Catering, and Hotel in Lumajang, Writing the Agenda of Incoming Letter, Archiving the data of TDUP (Tanda Daftar Usaha Pariwisata) per District, Making a profile data of the development of tourism in Lumajang Regency, and Printing the recommendation letter of TDUP. From those activities, I got new knowledge, experiences and apllied my knowledge that I got from college such as English for Secretary, English for Correspondence, English for Tour and Travel, Pengelolaan Biro Perjalanan and English for Hotel and Restaurant.So, it can be concluded that the Tourism and Culture District Agency of Lumajang is good enough for students of English Study Program who want to do internship program and apply the knowledge.
