Box 164 Jember 68121 ABSTRACT This research aims to study and known production of cultivar tambin corn (local madura) with tillage and addition the goat manure. This research was located at experimental field State Polytechnic of Jember, used a complete randomized block design (RCBD) with double factor and 3 replication. Tillage treatment with 3 levels there was: Without Tillage, Minimum Tillage, Maximum Tillage. Goat manure treatment with 3 levels there was: Without Goat Manure, Goat Manure Before Planting, Goat Manure Before Planting and Before Generative Phases. Data analysis used an ANOVA and further tested used a DMRT 5%. The results showed that the treatment of tillage very significantly affected only on plant height 14 Day After Planting and number of leaves. Whereas goat manure treatment very significantly affected to plant height, wet weight of cobs per sample, wet weight of cobs per plot, dry weight of cobs per sample, dry weight of cobs per plot, weight shelled per sample, weight shelled per plot. And then in the stem diameter and number of leaves 28 Day After Planting didn’t significantly affect. Tillage treatment and goat manure didn’t significantly affect interaction in the all of the parameter, except in plant height and number of leaves 14 Day After Planting Key words: Corn, Tillage, Fertilizer
