Energy is an important factor in the operation of an building especially a hospital. Energy management is carried out through several stages, the first step taken is to carry out an energy audit. In this study Energy Audit was conducted at Banyuwangi Hospital. The purpose of this study was to determine the value of IKE (intensity of energy consumption) of buildings in Banyuwangi Public Hospital. The method used in this study is observation of literature studies and energy conversion. Energy Consumption Intensity (IKE) value at Banyuwangi Public Hospital is 97.08 kWh / m2 per year. The opportunity to save energy can be done by replacing a 24-watt PLC lamp to a 13-watt LED light by not reducing lighting and fixed flame hours. Cost savings of Rp. 11.124.098 per year or Rp. 927.008 per month. With an investment value of Rp. 19.012.700, the Payback Period (PBP) was obtained, which was 1.7 years.
