ABSTRACT


Research in order to know Influence Application PGPR (Plant Growth Promoting Rhizobacteria) Arabica Coffee Plant Roots on Growth Seeds Arabica Coffee (Coffea arabicaL.) varS795. This research was conducted at the Experimental Farm State Polytechnic of Jember, District Sumbersari, Jember, Java East. The timing of the study was started on 2 November 2017 until July 10, 2018. The research used completely randomized design (CRD) with 6 treatments single factor is concentration of 0 ml / l (P1), concentration of 10 ml / l (P2), concentration of 20 ml / lt (P3), concentration of 30 ml / lt (P4), concentration of 40 ml / lt (P5), concentration of 50ml / lt (P6) with 4 repetitions.The results showed that treatment PGPR concentration on all the parameters showed that there are significantly different effect on plant height when entering the week 2 and week 4 after planting, whereas the parameter number of leaves, stem diameter, root length, wet weight of stem, root wet weight, dry weight of stem, root dry weight showed no difference.
