ABSTRACT
The purpose of this research was to determine the effect of substitution  fermented tofu waste on the efficiency use of feed in the cross breed native chicken business.  This research used Completely Randomized Design with 5 treatmentsand 4 replications, consist of P0 (commercial feed), P1 (commercial feed 95% + fermented tofu waste 5%), P2 (commercial feed 90% + fermented tofu waste 10%), P3 (comercial feed 85% + fermented tofu waste 15%), P4 (commercial feed 80% + fermented tofu waste 20%). The results of this research showedsubstitution of fermented tofu waste have non significant (P>0,05) in feed consumption and high significant (P<0,01) on body weight gain and Feed Convertion. Fermented tofu waste 5%in commercial feed showed positive response to body weight gain and improved efficiency management in native chiken.
