The Effect of Work Discipline and Work Motivation on Work Productivity of Workers at PT. Bumi Persada Tembako Fina Roidatus S), Dewi Kurniawati,S.Ssos,M.Si2) ABSTRACT PT. Bumi Persada Tembako is an exclusive company that has evolved from the process of transferring knowledge and work ethics. The purpose of this research is to analyze and test variables. This sampling technique uses Simple Random Sampling technique by taking the number of samples using Slovin method. Data were analyzed with SPSS version of the 21.0 statistical linear regression model. Before the analysis, to test the validity and reliability, test F and calculate by using Fcount of 18.536 with f table of 3.11 where the value is greater then the hypothesis is accepted. The thing that is done is the variable work discipline (X1) and work motivation (X2) simultaneously have a significant effect on work creativity (Y). average value of 3.854 where the value is greater than t table of 1.991. This means that work discipline (X1) has a significant effect on work creativity (Y). Work motivation variable (X2), has a value of 2.213 which is greater than t table of 1.991.
