ABSTRACT
PT. Istana Cipta Sembada Banyuwangi is a privately owned company that processes shrimp products for export of several countries. Problems experienced by the company during this there is no raw materials targets are determined, in addition to the company has never been measured productivity, especially the shrimp production. Because of there, the subject matter discussed in this research is to know the productivity level of shrimp production of PT. Istana CiptaSembada determines efforts to increase the productivity of striped shrimp with OMAX metod. In this research productivity measurement at shrimp production at company is done through Objective Matrix (OMAX) metode, performing the worst performance ratio evaluation with Traffic Light System. From the results of this study obtained in the October measurement period with the productivity index value of 0,93% which is the highest productivity index value. While th lowest productivity index value occurred in December with the value of productivity index of (-0,59%). Based on the results of the evaluation, it is known that the ratio at the level of “CRITICAL” is the ratio of 2 that is the ratio of labor usage. Improvement efforts that can be done is to improve the ratio of the performance of the most scored under the standard performance with the Traffic Light System.
