ABSTRACT
This research is included in the scope of Human Resource Management research that examines the performance of workers at PT. Seger Agro Sejahtera. The method used in this study is a survey method, namely research that takes samples from one population and uses questionnaires as the main data collection tool. The sampling technique used in this study is total sampling. Another term is the total sample census, which is the technique of determining the sample if all members of the population are used as samples. Labor is everyone who works by receiving wages or other forms. The purpose of this study is to explain the effect of variable wages, incentive wages, and work environment on the performance of workers both simultaneously and partially. By explaining the influence of these variables it is expected to provide input on the performance of the workers, so that it becomes a consideration in carrying out operations at PT. Seger Agro Sejahtera. The results of this research are wage variables, incentive wages, and the work environment have significant effect on the performance of workers simultaneously and have no significant effect on the performance of workers partially. Variables that have dominant influence are incentive wage variables.
