ABSTRACT
Hospital management information system is a tatananyang dealing with data collection, data processing, presentation of information, analysis and inference information needed for hospital activities. Place of patient registration is the first service gate in a health care facility Associated with medical record management and health information, on this competence medical record officer have to register for all visit which is in health service facility. The purpose of this research is to design patient registration system electronically based desktop in banyuwangi islam hospital. This type of research is a qualitative research in the form of design and manufacture of registration information system in Islamic hospital banyuwangi. With data collection techniques with interview and observation techniques.
