ABSTRACT

Sugar cane (Saccharum officinarum L.) is a plants that produces of sap. Sap is the main composition of sugar, the higher compsumtion of the community must be accompained by the productivity of sugar cane. For increase the productivity of sugar cane it by producing the superior or good of sugarcane seedlingss. This research have conduction to knowing the influence the number ofeyeshoots and mikoriza fertillizer. This research was implemented on 19 january 2018 until 02 july 2018 at State Poliytechnic of Jember. The research used factorials design with two factors and three replications. The first factors, the different number of eyeshoots thats M1,M2 and M3, M1 is the number of eyeshoots 5-7, M2 is number of eyeshoots 8-11 and M3 is number of eyeshoots 12-15. The second factors is mikoriza fertillizer, thats N0,N1,N2 and N3, N0 is a control, N1 is mikoriza fertillizer that was 10gr/plants, N2 is mikoriza fertillizer with 20gr/plants, and N3 used of mikoriza fertillizer with 30 gr/plants. The obtained of data observation, used F (Annova) test, and if the result have significant result or differences then doing testing with the BNT test 5% levels. The result of the research showing if the treatment of different eyeshoots places are given real influence thats, for leaf amount 30 HST age, root volume, root wet weight and root dry weight, the different treatment of the number of eyeshoots and mikoriza fertillizer have are real influence to the plants and leaf amount
