ABSTRACT
Granule fertilizer is one of effeorts to increase the soil fertility especially the N element. This research was conducted to determine the Utilization of Granule Fertilizer as the Carrier Agent of N to Increase the Growth of Rice Plant (Oryza sativa L.). This research was conducted at Antirogo Village, Sumbersari, Jember, East Java from Occtober 2017 to February 2018. The research used non factorial Randomized Block Design. Without adding control (G0), Granule Organic Fertilizer (G1), 10 grams of Granule Fertilizer + 2 grams of Urea fertilizer (G2), 10 grams of granule fertilizer + 4 grams of Urea fertilizer (G3), 10 grams of granule fertilizer + 6 grams of urea fertilizer (G4), 10 grams of granule fertilizer and 2 grams of urea fertilizer (G5), 10 grams of granule fertilizer and 4 grams of urea fertilizer (G6), 10 grams of granule fertilizer and 6 grams of urea fertilizer (G7). The result showed that adding granule fertilizer contained urea and adding granule fertilizer with separated urea had signifcant effect on the tillers per cluster variable, while it had no significant effects on the variables of plant height, number of productive tillers, tassel length, and wight of 1000 grains.

ABSTRAK
PupukGranulmerupakansalahsatuupayauntukmeningkatkankesuburantanahterutamaunsur N. PenelitianinidilakukandengantujuanuntuknmengetahuiPenggunaan Pupuk Granul Sebagai Agen Pembawa N Untuk Meningkatkan Pertumbuhan Tanaman Padi (Oryza sativa L.)Penelitianinidilaksanakandi Desa Antirogo Kecamatan Sumbersari Kabupaten Jember, Provinsi Jawa Timur.Waktupelaksanaanpenelitiandilakukanpada bulan Oktober  2017 sampai dengan bulan Februari 2018. Penelitian menggunakanmetode Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK) non factorial. Tanpa Penambahan kontrol (G0), Pupuk Organik Granul (G1), 10 gram pupuk granul + 2 gram pupuk urea (G2), 10 gram pupuk granul + 4 gram pupuk urea (G3), 10 gram pupuk granul + 6 gram pupuk urea (G4), 10 gram pupuk granul dan 2 gram pupuk urea (G5), 10 gram pupuk granul dan 4 gram pupuk urea (G6), 10 gram pupuk granul dan 6 gram pupuk urea (G7).Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemberian pupuk granul yang berisi urea dan pemberian pupuk granul serta ureaterpisah berpengaruh sangatnyata terhadap peubah penelitian jumlah anakan perumpun, sedangkan peubah penelitian yang tinggitanaman, jumlahanakanproduktif, panjangmalaidanberat 1000 benih tidak berpengaruh nyata.
