Drug adherence is the patient's obedient behavior and discipline in following all instructions given by health professionals. From the results of a preliminary study at the Batulenger Health Center, the rate of adherence to taking tuberculosis drugs from 2015-2017 decreased from 46.5% -37.29%. The purpose of this research is to influence of internal and external factors on the compliance with drinking drugs of tuberculosis patients in health center Batulenger Sampang Madura 2017. The variables studied are internal factor variables (knowledge, education, income) and external factors (family support, the role of officers). The research method used is an analytical survey with a sample of 52 respondents. Data analysis was used using chi-square test and logistic regression test. Search results do not have gender relations (p value=0,394). age (p value=0,005), knowledge (p value= 0,000), educational (p value=0,000), income (p value=0,000), family support (p value =0,000),and role of officer (p value=0,001) with medication adherence. There is influence of knowledge (p value=0,01; Exp(B)=8,953), family support (p value=0,02; Exp(B)=5,338) against adherence to taking tuberculosis medication. Tuberculosis prevention staff at Batulenger Health Center provide good communication and re-understanding to tuberculosis patients about compliance with taking tuberculosis medication.
