This case was aim to determine the influence of energy / protein ratio and densities of native chicken on profits. The material was 342 Native Chickens unsex with the weight 125 grams on averages. This research used a factorial Completely Randomized Design (CRD) with six treatments and three replications. The first treatment used is energy / protein ratio R1 2900 kcal / kg / 18% and R2 3100 kcal / kg / 20%. The second treatment was the difference in cage densities 16 birds / m2, 19 birds / m2, and 22 birds / m2. The results showed that energy / protein ratio and cage density were significantly different (P <0.01) for feed consumption, feed conversion, production costs, and profitability, but independently the energy / protein ratio was not significantly different (P> 0.05 ) on feed conversion and cage density was not significantly different (P> 0.05) against acceptance. Energy / protein ratio and cage density occur interaction (P <0.05) on body weight gain. The best energy / protein ratio and cage densitiesin of free-range chickens is 2900 kcal / kg / 18% density of 22 birds / m2.
Key Words: Performance Native Chicken, Costs, Income, Profitability
