ABSTRAK


Jawa Timur merupakan salah satu provinsi yang memiliki populasi sapi potong dan sapi perah terbesar di Indonesia, total limbah kotoran sapi perhari mencapai 151.913,3 ton/hari. 18% penyebab emisi gas rumah kaca disumbangkan dari sektor peternakan dimana prosentase tersebut tersusun dari 9% CO2, 37% CH4, 65% NOx, dan 64% ammonia. Salah satu solusinya adalah dengan menggunakan reaktor biogas, karena reaktor biogas dapat menghasilkan energi dan juga menciptakan peluang usaha baru bagi peternak. Namun sayangnya peluang tersebut belum banyak di manfaatkan karena kurangnya informasi tentang analisa kelayakan reaktor biogas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa tingkat kelayakan secara tekno ekonomi dari pembangunan reaktor biogas tipe fixed dome skala rumah tangga dengan ukuran 8 m3. Metode yang digunakan adalah dengan mengukur tingkat kelayakan pembangunan reaktor biogas melalui kriteria penilaian kelayakan dari nilai NPV, BCR, IRR, BEP, PBP dan Analisa Sensitifitas. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tingkat produksi reaktor biogas rata-rata perhari biogas 2,126 m3 dan bio-slurry 258 liter. Investasi untuk pembangunan reaktor biogas tipe fixed dome layak dilakukan dengan pertimbangan dari nilai NPV = Rp. 63.328.785,16 , BCR = 3,23, IRR = 100,62%, BEP = 1,1308 tahun, PBP = 0,997 tahun dan investasi sensitif pada suku bunga lebih dari 100,62%, investasi sensitif jika harga bioslurry kurang dari Rp. 33,72/liter dan biaya produksi lebih dari Rp. 10.979.072,00/ tahun.

ABSTRACT

East Java is one of the provinces which has biggest population of beef cattle and dairy cattle in Indonesia. Total waste of manure reached 151,913.3 tons / day. The livestock sector donate 18% gas emissions that cause greenhouse effect whitch is consist of 9% CO2, 37% CH4, 65% of NOx, and 64% ammonia. One solution is to use the biogas, because the biogas can produce energy and also creates new business opportunities for farmers. Unfortunately many of these opportunities have not been utilized due to lack of information about the feasibility analysis of biogas. The goals last study is to analyze techno economic feasibility of the construction of fixed dome type biogas household with the size of 8 m3. The method used is to measure the feasibility of the construction of biogas through a feasibility assessment criteria of NPV, BCR, IRR, BEP, PBP and Sensitivity Analysis. The results of the study showed that the production rate of daily average biogas is 2,126 m3 and 258 liters bio-slurry. Investment for Construction of fixed dome type biogas reactor feasible with consideration of NPV = Rp. 63.328.785,16, BCR = 3,23, IRR = 100,62%, BEP = 1,1308 years, PBP = 0,997 years and investment is more sensitive to the interest rate of 100.62%, the investment is sensitive if the price is less than bioslurry Rp. 33.72 /liter and the cost of production of more than Rp. 10,979,072.00 /year.
