ABSTRACT

 One of the methods to increase the production of peanuts are using phosphorus and organic fertilizer. The aim of this study was to determine the effects of different doses of phosphorus and organic fertilizer on the growth and seed production of peanuts. This study was conducted in July 2013 to November2013 at the farm field of Seed Production Technic Department of Agricultural Production State Polytechnic of Jember. The study was conducted using a Randomized Block Design (RBD) consisting 2 factors. The first factor is the doses of the phosphorus fertilizer consisting 4 levels and the second factor is the doses of the organic fertilizer consisting 3 levels. Further test using the F test  at 1% and 5%  level. The results showed that the use combination both of fertilizers doses P2K3 (phosphorus 70 kg/ha and organic fertilizer of 15 t/ha gave real significantly effects in post harvest at all parameters.
