Peanut (Arachis hypogaea L.) is a highly valuable commodity and one of the sources of protein in the food pattern of the Indonesian population . The purpose of this study to know the effect of vermicompost and bio- urine fertilizer on seed yield of peanut plants. This study was conducted in August 2013 - November 2013 at the Polytechnic of Jember land. While the material used is peanuts seeds Seed Stock class (SS), vermicompost fertilizer, and bio urine. This study used a randomized block design (RBD) factorial consisting of two factors. The first factor is composed of K0 manure vermicompost (5 t/ha), K1 (8 t/ha), K2 (11 t/ha), the second factor is the concentration of Bio Urine consists of B0 (7 cc/l), B1 (12 cc/l), B2 (17 cc/l), thus there are 9 combinations of each treatment was repeated 3 times. The results of the study found that vermicompost fertilizer treatments do not provide a real influence on the parameters of plant height, number of leaves, number of pods, yield per ha, and seed quality test results (DB, Kct, Kst), but significant effect on the number of pods containing. Treatment concentration of urine bio does not give real effect on plant height, number of pods, number of pods containing, per hectare yield, and seed quality test results (DB, Kct), but significant effect on the number of leaves at the age of 60 HST, and simultaneity grow (Kst). The lack of effect of the interaction of the two treatments on all parameters in the vegetative phase, generative and seed quality test.
